THE FINE PRINT

• Deals are available to new bookings only. If you’ve already secured a service that’s part of the above deals, we cannot offer this deal to you.

• Deals cannot be combined with other discounts and/or previous purchases.

• Previously purchased services do not count towards the entry requirements to win the giveaway.

• Photography packages availability will be confirmed with the office prior to booking. Please add this deal to your cart and “checkout” so our office can review the calendar. An 30% initial payment for photo/video service is required along with a signed Service Agreement. An Invoice and Service Agreement will be emailed separately upon confirming our team’s availability.

• To qualify for the $1,000.00 bar credit giveaway, a minimum of 1 deal must be purchased. Purchase multiple add-ons or services to receive multiple entries. Up to 5 entries (1 entry per “deal”) is permitted per Client(s) / Event.

• Each service (Wedding Photography) will qualify Client(s) for it’s own entry to win the bar credit.

• $1,000.00 bar credit giveaway will be applied to a Client(s) final bar selection made at the One Month Meeting. Credit cannot be used towards any bar minimums, service fees, taxes or gratuity. Gratuity will be added to all bar services based on the final invoice before the credit. Credit is for bar/beverage services only and cannot be utilized toward other Additional Services nor any can it be redeemed as “cash back” or applied to other invoices should the Client(s) not utilize the maximum credit obtained.

• Giveaway winner will be announced at 12pm CST on Wednesday, January 15th on Facebook. Simply log on to see the posted winner. The winner will also be notified via email.

• All deals require payment to be made online no later than 11:59pm on December 22nd. Payments and/or inquiries received after this date/time will not be accepted and will be charged full price for services without associated deals. Voicemails and/or emails received with deal inquiries will not be honored.

• An inquiry does not secure your deal. Payments must be made using our secure online shop. 5% Sales Tax will be added to each service selected.

• Confirmation of your deal is your payment receipt. It will arrive in your inbox following your online payment.

• Per the Client(s) rental agreement, in the event of event cancellation, all payments made to Rustic Manor 1848 LLC are non-refundable.
