We strive to offer a certain level of service that separates us from other venues and event planners. Coordinating a wedding requires knowledge of all the little details regarding your day, in addition to knowledge of the venue itself. In preparation for your big day you'll need to have spent time confirming details with your vendors, finalizing decor, and flagging any “to be determined” details that need last minute attention. As you can imagine, this is a lot of work and can be difficult to find holes or "red flags" when you are so close to such a large project. Working with you gives us the time to communicate ensuring expectations are met. This allows us to be well-informed and on the same page with both you and your vendors and to address immediately any areas that need additional assistance. To say that a couple takes care of a thousand and one items leading up to their wedding day is a serious understatement. The Month-of Package
It's crunch time and you are feeling a little overwhelmed as you count down the days to your wedding. Don't panic, let our talented Event Coordinator take over to help button up those last minute details. They'll work directly with both you and your vendors to ensure everything is in order for your big day. From running your rehearsal and setting up timelines, to staying on top of your vendors and setting centerpieces along with take-down at the evening’s end, we'll will make sure your day goes off without a hitch...well except for you ending up hitched!
The day-of Package
It's wedding day and oops! You forgot to order lunch for the bridal party! You want to kick back and enjoy a mimosa with your ladies as you get your hair set but you're busy worrying about setting center pieces. The caterer is asking about linens, the baker needs the flowers for the cake, and the DJ keeps having set-up questions! All that running around will make you dizzy not to mention it takes away from the time you, your friends, and family get to spend getting ready together. Let us handle it by letting our in-house Personal Attendant take over your projects for the day. Make sure important documents are hand delivered to vendors as they check in or that finishing touches on decor are in place. Your Attendant will help make sure your day runs smooth and dizzy free!
Event Take-Down Package
By the time last call rolls around you've had an exciting day which means, you're exhausted! Don't leave the heavy lifting to friends and family. Enjoy your final good-byes without being bothered by packaging your decor. Let the Rustic Manor 1848 team handle this for you. We'll carefully repackage your decor and load everything into your personal vehicles. The perfect end to the perfect day!
