RULES & SET-UP DETAILS:

 

  • Doors open for set-up at 8:30 AM that day, but we kindly ask that you be here no later than 10:15 AM to ensure that everyone is set up in time for the beginning of the event at 11:00 AM, sharp. Please plan your set up accordingly so that you are ready for couples promptly at 11:00 AM. 

  • Upon arrival, enter the grounds and proceed to the Forum Complex building (the most northern square building, NOT the round building). Your event is being held in the Halls of the Forum Complex. You will be able to unload at overhead door #14 (southwest). Staff will be outside assisting with check-in. See the facility map below for booth assignments.

  • Once you’ve unloaded, all vehicles must be relocated to the adjacent parking lot. To expedite the unloading and set-up process for everyone, please be prepared to unload quickly. Wagons, dollies, rolling trucks are allowed and encouraged. The expo center does NOT offer these items to assist with your unload. 

  • Tables are assigned with company reserved ID signs. These tables are off limits to sellers. 

  • No flame will be permitted. Please decorate with battery operated candles.

  • Electric is not available to your table unless previously reserved. Our team will be walking around to monitor use of outlets. See the form below to add this to your space.

  • Table skirting is not provided unless reserved ahead of time. See the form below to add this to your space.

  • We will not provide change or cash drawers the day of the event.

  • All resale tables must be cleaned up no later than 3:00 PM the day of the event as the event concludes at 2:00pm. We kindly ask that you leave your space exactly the way you found it. Rustic Manor 1848 or the Wisconsin Expo Center will not hold, store, or keep any items after the event.

  • Any items left for the Expo Center staff to dispose of will result in significant fees. Please be courteous and take with you and items you did not sell.

  • Public WiFi is available throughout this event.

  • Concessions are NOT available for this event. Please pack snacks/beverages to keep you comfortable.

  • You must provide your own chair if desired. Chairs will NOT be made available the day of the event.
